  • "We attended couples counselling as we seemed to have lost ourselves with a busy household. Our relationship was breaking down and communication was non existent. We both found our sessions with Sheila to be extremely beneficial both as individuals and a couple. We missed them when when we stopped. Counselling gave us a greater insight into our relationship and gave us tools in order to continue working on it going forward. We will forever be so thankful we met Sheila and would highly recommend her."

  • “I sought counselling for my teenage daughter as was feeling overwhelmed, anxious and was struggling with negative thoughts, Sheila offered her a safe space to talk and they quickly formed a bond. Sheila introduced new techniques to help her cope when feeling stressed and was very understanding of my daughters needs, and was very mindful of where she was at, at all times. Counselling had a very positive impact and taught my daughter coping mechanisms and allowed her to be open and honest with Sheila. I would highly recommend her.”
